Furnished: In addition to being semi-furnished, the dwelling has a complete set of furniture, TV, Internet, crockery and linens. All you need is to take your personal belongings.

We can access the databases of all houses in Amsterdam area. This means that you need only one agency to make a viewing tour. This will save you time and money.

After studying your personal profile and your wishes, we start looking for a place and then send you a suitable suggestion. Optionally, we will look for properties offered by our colleagues - real estate agencies.
We guide you through an obligation-free inspection of the dwelling and tell you more about the house and the neighborhood.

If following inspection you express a serious interest in the dwelling, we will be happy to take care of the entire rental procedure on your behalf. We mediate between you and the landlord. Following an agreement, we draft a sound and clear rental contract in Dutch, and in English if you wish.

After receiving the rent for the first month, the security deposit and the brokerage fee, we will make sure that there is a proper check-in and key transfer. Obviously, you can count on use once again when you want to leave the dwelling.
