Our favorite place in the house is without a doubt the kitchen. So light and spacious, with views of the garden and the sky above – cooking here feels like a small moment of happiness every day. In summer, we often eat outside, sheltered by the trees that provide just enough shade, making a sunshade almost unnecessary.
Even on rainy days, the house has something special. On the top floor, we listen to the raindrops on the roof; a soothing sound that makes the house feel extra safe and comforting.
When I return to France, I will take this house with me – as memories that live on, deeply anchored in my heart.
